Town Planning Permit

Obtaining a town planning permit is the key step to any development. We’re experienced when deal with different councils. We also have our supporting consultation team who are former council planners which allows us to be more efficient on any type of town planning cases.

After Developed Design from our team, we will

• Obtain your approval of the developed design then proceed with submission of Town Planning Permit Application.
• Attend council meetings to discuss design modification to suit council requirements.
• Re-adjusting design to comply with council’s condition(s) when needed to obtain Town Planning Permit.
• Obtain endorsed plans and related documents.
